Smoke Kitchen is a small grill bar off Calle del Pez, built around one fire and one bird. We season, we smoke, we char, we serve. No freezers, no shortcuts, no menu longer than it needs to be.

Questions, answered.

Do you take reservations?

Yes, for parties of four or more. Smaller groups are welcome to walk in and take a stool at the bar.

Is there parking nearby?

Street parking is limited; the Plaza de España car park is an eight-minute walk.

Can I order the chicken to take away?

Yes, whole birds and the takeaway plate are boxed and ready in under fifteen minutes.

Is the space accessible?

Ground floor with no steps, wide enough for a wheelchair between tables, and an accessible restroom.

What makes your chicken different?

We brine overnight and cook only over charcoal, never gas, so every bird takes about six hours from fire to plate.
